To keep track of what you’ve stored, we suggest noting the contents of each box or crate in your online photo inventory. This is key because the photo inventory lets you request delivery of specific items. Just choose the boxes, crates, or objects you want, and our team will deliver them to you.

The pickup cost is based on: The amount of items being collected. How accessible your home is. Any extra services you need (e.g., packing or disassembly). Your selected insurance plan. The monthly storage fee depends solely on the space you use and any additional insurance you opt for. Plus, our rates decrease with volume—the more you store, the more you save!

What’s Storezy’s cancellation policy if I need to back out?Our cancellation terms depend on when you notify us: Cancel 15+ days before your scheduled date, and we’ll refund 100% of your payment. Cancel between 15 days and 3 days (exclusive) before, and you’ll get 50% back. Cancel 3 days or fewer before, and no refund will be issued. Can I reschedule my service for a different day?Yes, you can absolutely shift your storage service to another date. The terms vary based on the service type and when you request the change. For paid pickup or delivery: Notify us at least 3 days before the original date. If it’s 72 hours or less, you’ll owe 50% of the fee. For free deliveries: The 3-day notice still applies. If you request within 72 hours, you’ll lose that month’s free delivery perk and can either wait for next month’s free slot or pay for delivery.

I’m not free during weekdays. Does Storezy offer weekend pickups?Yes, we provide collection services on Saturdays! Unfortunately, Sunday pickups aren’t available right now. What happens if I’m not home when Storezy arrives?Our team will show up within the agreed-upon time slot from your booking. Please ensure access to your property is available during that period. We’ll call you before arriving. If you’ve set a time and aren’t present, we’ll wait for 10 minutes and attempt to reach you. If we still can’t connect, we’ll have to cancel the appointment, and you’ll need to contact us to reschedule. Any pre-paid services won’t be refunded in this case.

Will Storezy open my sealed boxes during pickup?At Storezy, we prioritize your privacy above all. If you’ve chosen to seal your boxes before we arrive and marked them with “private,” our team will collect them without opening them. However, please make a note of what’s inside, as we won’t be able to photograph the contents. This means your photo inventory won’t reflect what’s in those boxes, so you’ll need to keep track of it yourself.
